Design teams see the product. Factories see the process. We make sure both see the whole system.
Products often lose their integrity in the handoff from design to manufacturing. A seemingly simple change to a draft angle, tolerance, material, finish, or assembly sequence can affect tooling, yield, quality, cost, and the final user experience.
Our work connects those decisions. We combine production engineering with supplier and logistics management so the product that reaches the market remains true to the idea that started it.
